This programme is offered to faculty members with less than 3 years of full-time teaching experience in higher education. The programme aims to enhance the performance in teaching and thus further enrich the quality of student learning at NUS. It also serves to assist faculty members in their endeavour to meet the requirements laid out in the new guidelines for Promotion and Tenure.

Continuing Professional Development Programme (CPDP)
