All full-time faculty members with less than 3 years of full-time teaching experience in higher education at the time of appointment should attend (teaching assistants and senior tutors should not be included in the PDP-T).

Participants who are engaged in teaching; new teachers who are exempted from teaching duties for a period should be enrolled in the semester they commence teaching.

Participants who are within the period of their first contract (it is expected that they complete the Programme within that period).
