All ATEA and OEA Nominees should be faculty members (full-time or part-time**) and should also be current faculty teaching award winners.

In addition, OEA nominees should have taught for at least 3 preceding years and nominations must be accompanied with supporting student feedback and peer review reports.

  1. OEA Nominees:
    1. Should have taught for at least 3 preceding years (beginning AY 2008/09).
    2. Student Feedback - ALL Student Feedback reports from the last 3 years. Candidates who have not taught for one Academic Year may submit reports from last 4 years.
    3. Peer Review reports - ALL Peer Reviews from the last 3 years are to be submitted.

  2. ATEA Nominees:
    1. Student Feedback - to submit ALL Student Feedback reports from the year under review.
    2. Peer Review reports - At least one Peer Review which is not older than 3 years and should preferably be conducted within the year of review.

**
- part-time and adjunct teaching staff, but not visiting staff
- part-time teaching staff who have substantial involvement over an extended period; this includes teaching at least one module/semester in its entirety (i.e. not just a part of a team-taught module/course), and engaging in various teaching activities; should be involved, at least, in lecturing, tutoring and assessment.
