- FTECs select 5% of their top nominees, indicating 1% (of the 5%) as potential OEA recipients. The remaining 4% will be nominated for the ATEA exercise.
- The FTEC will submit brief reports on the nominees (in a prescribed format), along with the order of their ranking.
- From the ranked lists submitted by FTECs and the supporting documentation provided, the UTEC will make the final decision.
